  • Human Resources – Executive

    Responsibilities
    • Provide HR support consultation for employees and managers; answer queries about HR programs (company policies, leaves, compensation, employee relations, annual programs) and other HR-related topics
    • Taking care of end to end recruitment activities which involve manpower planning, screening and tracking the feedback
    • Prepare employment contracts and manage a seamless candidate experience from offer through to on-boarding
    • Responsible for ensuring Background Checks are completed on Time including follow-up with the agency on a regular basis and closure of insufficiencies
    • Conducting the induction program for the new joinees
    • Identifying the need for the training and conducting training sessions in accordance with the requirement for new and existing employees
    • Tracking the attendance and leave details of the interns, temporary and permanent employees every month and ensuring that the employees comply with the leave policy
    • Sharing the Payroll sheet every month with the finance team with respect to attendance and leaves of the employees
    • Organizing employee engagement activities once in a month such as birthday celebrations, traditional day, potluck etc.
    • Library management, stationery management and HR administration
    • Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to management, and analyse data
    Required Skills
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resource operations support role
    • Masters/MBA degree or education/experience equivalent or relevant work experience
    • Professional in all aspects of position and workplace. Uses discretion and maintains strict confidentiality
    • Good judgement with a proactive can-do attitude ability to question and push back when required
    • Detail oriented and methodical approach
    • Can coordinate and manage multiple changing priorities at once in a dynamic, fast paced environment

    Responsibilities
    • Work as part of the design team to deliver the web and print design requirements for our global clients – logos, brochures, websites, microsites, social media banners, emailers, campaign creatives, events, collaterals, deck, and PPTs etc.
    • Solid understanding of designing for print, formatting designs with correct colour, crop and bleed marks to ensure ready for print.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while ensuring high level of accuracy and quality.
    • Plan and schedule creative design deliverables for project as per timelines.
    • Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices in graphic design, UI designs trends and emerging technologies.
    Required Skills
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in web and graphic design with a strong work portfolio.
    • Bachelor's degree in design/relevant disciplines.
    • Knowledge of working on all designing software photoshop, Illustrator, etc. from designing to final artwork/web mock-ups delivery.
